Endings

Created while drifting between places during an uncertain chapter of my life, this series began with whatever I had on hand: POSCA markers and brown paper. Made quickly, instinctively, and with as little overthinking as possible, playful rhymes paired with simple drawings gradually became something bigger.

Many of the images carry a sense of nostalgia, humor, loss, and things passing by. Made during a period marked by major personal transitions, the series became an accidental record of change.

Each completed piece—a series of nine rhymes created using only the original materials—embraces simplicity, wit, and the strange emotional weight that can hide inside a joke.
